Garry Hargrave moved to Redland City with his wife Lyndal in 1990 to raise their family.

He is a licensed surveyor and former president of the Institution of Surveyors Australia QLD Division.

Garry became a principal of Fox and Bell in 2002 after having acted as a professional advisor to them.

He is a director of a number of other businesses in industries such as:

• wholesale and retail nurseries
• mini storage
• property management
• Indonesian charter boat hire

Garry is very involved in the community and is:

• Treasurer of the Redlands Institute
• board member Sheldon College
• executive member Redlands Chamber of Commerce
• member of Queensland Premier's Koala Taskforce 

Greg Fox has lived his whole life in the Redlands.

In 1984 he became a registered builder before he and Greg Bell formed Fox and Bell in 1986 when he became Managing Director of the new firm.

Greg and his wife Natalie have five children and Greg lists as his interests boating and fishing. He moved into development in 2002 with the formation of the Fox and Bell Group.

As a builder Greg was involved with a number of significant projects including:

• Cleveland Mitre 10 development
• Cleveland House- Kramer Medical Centre
• Waterloo Chambers
• Victoria Point Central Shopping Centre

Greg is also involved in his profession and is a member of:

• Housing Industry Association
• Urban Land Development Institute

Greg Bell was born in the Redlands.

He is a registered builder and formed Fox and Bell with Greg Fox in 1986 when he became joint Managing Director of the new firm.

Greg and his wife Elaine have two daughters. He is interested in AFL, kayaking, hunting and archery.

He and Greg Fox moved out of building and into full-time real estate development in 2002 when the Fox and Bell Group was established.

During his building career Greg was involved with a number of significant projects including:
